I have Print Shop 23 and Windows 10. I somehow have my default paper setting at 11 x 14. I need to get it back to letter size. I cannot seem to figure out how to do it. I even made a custom paper size but it still prints out a 11 x 14

Set the default paper size in Windows Control Panel or Devices and Printers. Select your printer, then Printing Preferences. Choose letter size. Also make sure this is the default printer for the Print Shop program.
