Victoria23 -> Printmaster 8 (11/12/2018 5:44:59 PM)

Silly question, but how do I delete unwanted Projects. I have tried several times to locate a 'delete' button

ellengard -> RE: Printmaster 8 (11/12/2018 8:43:22 PM)

File | Delete Project...

Victoria23 -> RE: Printmaster 8 (11/14/2018 4:06:34 PM)

Thank you, that worked well.

Another question - can I convert an 8 voucher's per A4 page to 10 vouchers per A4 page.

ellengard -> RE: Printmaster 8 (11/14/2018 5:21:49 PM)

Yes, you can. Start a new label project, custom size. Type in the appropriate numbers. Post back if you need help with the math.

Victoria23 -> RE: Printmaster 8 (11/14/2018 5:57:46 PM)

Thank you. The 8 vouchers per page, have all the details already added. I am not sure exactly what you mean by type in appropriate numbers. Does this transfer the info from one set of labels to the other???

ellengard -> RE: Printmaster 8 (11/14/2018 8:36:57 PM)

I was talking about starting a new label project from scratch, but you can edit your current project from 8 to 10 labels. Warning: make a backup of your project before you do the following edit, in case you don't like how the program changes your aspect ratio based on the new numbers you type in.

Edit> Change Project Size/Type... a box comes up. Change the numbers of the width, height and gaps. In my example these numbers will give me 10 labels, but they are probably a different size from your current labels, so they may end up shorter since we now have 5 rows instead of 4.

Victoria23 -> RE: Printmaster 8 (11/15/2018 10:09:47 PM)

Thank you, for the excellent instructions, which worked perfectly. I now have 10 vouchers per sheet.

ellengard -> RE: Printmaster 8 (11/15/2018 11:18:32 PM)

You're welcome!

Victoria23 -> RE: Printmaster 8 (11/26/2018 6:15:31 PM)

Hello, it's me again

I want to change the voucher numbers on a single label prior to printing a full sheet. I have done this several times, however this time it wont let me
edit/change any of the text in the label. Can you help please

ellengard -> RE: Printmaster 8 (11/26/2018 6:20:03 PM)

Did you inadvertently lock your text box?

Victoria23 -> RE: Printmaster 8 (11/26/2018 6:36:12 PM)

I am not sure, how do I check that?

ellengard -> RE: Printmaster 8 (11/26/2018 7:48:00 PM)

Click on the text box to select it. You will see a little padlock in the upper right corner. Clicking the padlock toggles it on and off.

Victoria23 -> RE: Printmaster 8 (11/27/2018 12:02:30 PM)

Thank you, I realised after I had posted the question that it was the border which was causing the problem. When I put border to background it worked.

Now I have another problem - since printing a full sheet of vouchers, when I open the project it shows as as a full sheet. How do I revert back to a single voucher, which is much easier to edit etc.

ellengard -> RE: Printmaster 8 (11/27/2018 2:49:46 PM)

Please see this solution:
http://forums.encoreusa.com/tm.asp?m=54422

Keep a single voucher version of your project with a different name.

Victoria23 -> RE: Printmaster 8 (11/27/2018 5:56:57 PM)

Thank you but I do not know how to do that. Usually once I have printed a sheet of vouchers, it reverts back to one voucher. This time I have a full sheet and the font is so small I cannot see to change anything.
I am very sorry to have to ask you yet another question

ellengard -> RE: Printmaster 8 (11/28/2018 3:32:02 PM)

The default is to print a full sheet. It will always stay one voucher in the project window as long as you don't Convert to Full Avery Sheet. If you resave rather than save as a new filename, that's when you lose the ability to edit once to affect them all.

The workaround isn't easy. You have to resize and reposition everything. You may prefer to start over and remember not to overwrite your file if you convert to full Avery sheet.
