What do I have to do to "undo" the Avery full page print option?[:@]

Oops, you can't. But if you didn't save your project before you applied the full page option, you can do a workaround. Click and drag to select one of the labels and copy. Click and drag to select everything left and hit delete. Then Edit > change project type/size and choose the label you had before. Paste. Adjust elements to fit the label.
