How do you copy addresses and put on a new decorative background? I got my Christmas labels done...finally..and want to do something for Easter. I am a beginner with this program. I do like it and will like it better when I master it!

This depends on what you want:
  • return address labels (the same address repeated on the entire sheet)
  • recipient addresses (mail merge which requires a Printmaster Address Book)

Which one are you doing?

If you have not yet made your Printmaster Address Book, do this before continuing.

Start a new mailing label project that matches the size of labels you bought. Decorate with clipart if desired. This design will auto replicate on all the labels. Next, add your text box with mail merge fields.

I have my address book and it works to print white labels so I have done something right.
How do I address book to a ready made template for labels with cute stuff on them?

Open the ready-made project. Add text box. Add mail merge fields to text box. Do mail merge.

Here I used a ready-made label template with a cute owl, and added my mail merge fields from my Address Book.

The print preview shows how the label is auto-replicated on the label sheet, with a different contact per label.

So many great Easter graphics to make your labels. In the example, I looked through the Easter greeting cards. When I saw something I liked, I saved it a JPG, then I added this JPG to my blank label project.
