joni mccoy -> New Printer won't read PM (3/2/2019 5:23:39 PM) New printer HP 4512. Old HP 4400 series crashed. Just wanted simple...copy, print, scan...no FAX. Well, it works to copy and will print emails. Will not print new projects on PM...exception...have printed 2 from my document folder???? Tried to print a 3rd one from document folder and the following message appears as does it when I try to print from PM. Unable to send pdffileC:\Users\Joni\AppData\Local\Temp\98965421.pdftoprinter.Printjobfailed.toprinter. Print Job failed. Printer is not accepting job. I need help or to call someone. Joni

lindarobin -> RE: New Printer won't read PM (3/2/2019 8:00:15 PM) Can you confirm that your new printer can print from WordPad, MS Paint, and Adobe Reader? If not, then the problem is the printer and you will need help from HP support.
