msgreens -> shuts down trying to save, duplex print test locks up (3/11/2019 10:54:06 PM) trying to save to pdf and three seconds later before you can give it a file save name...program closes. Trying to do a duplex print test and the software locks up and only way to clear it is to do the control alt delete and end printshop pro. after losing many many hours trying to use this software, i'm sick of it and may take it back to office depot unless there are fixes.

Can you confirm this behavior with other projects as well? That way we can narrow the problem to the save as PDF function and not a project anomoly.
