You are doing everything right, so this is a tech issue that will likely require a tech support ticket submission. Is this the first time the ready-made projects do not appear? Or is this the first time running the program and it has always been this way? On rare occasions, there is a content server problem, but it is always temporary. Best case scenario: wait a day and see if it resolves itself tomorrow.
