Unable to access Ready-Made Templates (Full Version)

Hello,

I am using Printmaster Platinum (version 7.0.2.245) for Mac.

When I click on the Create From A Ready-Made Template button, there are no project types or categories displayed. Rather, the following message appears:

Please open or create a new project from the File menu.

When I attempt to create a new project (again!) the same scenario is repeated.

Please advise as to how to access the templates for Ready-Made projects.

You are doing everything right, so this is a tech issue that will likely require a tech support ticket submission. Is this the first time the ready-made projects do not appear? Or is this the first time running the program and it has always been this way?

On rare occasions, there is a content server problem, but it is always temporary. Best case scenario: wait a day and see if it resolves itself tomorrow.

Content server is working fine. I am downloading ready-made templates.
