Just purchased Print Master 2019 Unable to use my old Print Master in Windows 10
Very Very upset at old Clit Art Borders Fonts supplied in Print Master 2019
All my old programs had more up to date design.
Paid $61.18 AUD not worth the money [:@]

I don't know what a border font is. However, if you mean clipart borders, there are over 3000 when I do a search on "border". As for number of fonts with this program, there are hundreds, although I don't know the exact number.

Also, there are many contempory, beautiful border designs that can be found when you search for "overlay".

(seems to be a problem right now with the clipart gallery which I will post about shortly)
