ramstart -> Printmaster 2020 not compatible with Windows 10 (12/18/2019 6:12:40 AM)

I recently downloaded Printmaster 2020 from Broderbund and installed on Window 10. When I try to run the program I get a report that the program is not compatible. I have no problem running some older windows programs made for Windows XP, so I don't understand what the problem could be. My Window 10 is actually run via Parallels on a IMAC with Catalina OS. I wanted to get the MAC version but was warned off by a note on the download section that it may not work on Catalina. I did re-download and reinstall several times to no avail.
It is very frustrating. Avoiding a MAC program to download a supposedly good Windows program and end up with nothing working. What now??
