Just re-install on new computer (Full Version)

I have enjoyed playing Hoyle Board and Puzzle games for years now. With my new install I cannot find how to limit the number of players, on my old computer in Double Cross I would play against only one computer player, but when I go to Options > Players it shows my character and 3 others and I cannot see how to get rid of two of them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
