I'm IT, I'm not the user of the software.

The user was having issues with the software being slow and not saving her changes. The biggest issues were not being able to print and when trying to print, the program would remove cell colors from a calendar.

I tried a few things to resolve the issue but to no avail. I then did a reinstall of the software and now it will not update. After doing a packet capture to see where it was trying to update from, it is getting a 301 access denied when the program tries to update.


I'm not sure how to 'fix' these issues for my user, but they probably won't be using it much longer.

8GB Ram
256 SSD HD
