printshop 6 update dies instantly (Full Version)

Printshop keeps working, but the update window dies instantly when it starts to run.
The instructions show a lightbulb etc., but that does not exist. Supposedly it will download??? "update.exe". It does not.
Under "help", there is a choice to update and this is what I chose, and a window opened up but upon using, died instantly.
Any ideas??? Is there a download that is "up to date" available???

As far as I know, there is no update which may explain why nothing downloads. I tried it, too. I'm running version 6.0.0.0. It's working fine.

We do release updates now and then to address performance and other feature updates that the program may have had issues with in the past. Recently, Google Chrome and other browsers may have blocked our download server and you would have to adjust your security settings in order to download the update. Of course, you can always contact us via email and we can send you the latest official build via email with proof of purchase.
