Printshop 6.0 and 6.4

Printshop 6.4 will not print anything Not sure if it's tied to the recent windows 10 update, but 6.0 will not print images, just text. Trying and retrying the installation of 6.0 now gives me a maximum activations error and won't start- which is why I decided to get 6.4 at full price. (no upgrade or discount) Any ideas?
