I cannot get any of the math programs to run for Middle School Advantage 2006. The reading and history programs are fine. When I try to run the program, it tries to connect me to the internet. The software does not come with any troubleshooting information. Does anyone know why the math disk do not run??

Hi lazerblade,

The following was taken from an Encore Knowledgebase article.

Problem

Error 'Unable to Access Browser' or 'Please configure browser correctly'

Solution

This program does not require internet access; but, it does use your internet browser to display the program.
This error may occur when you do not have a default browser configured properly within Windows.

In order to work around this, please set your favorite browser as the default browser. Steps for doing so can be found in either “Set Program Access and Defaults” for Windows 2000/XP or "Default Programs" for Windows Vista and Windows 7.

For Windows 9x Users:

- Open Internet Explorer.

- You should receive a warning response asking if you would like to make Internet Explorer your Default Internet Browser. Answer YES.
