Are you clicking in the box next to 'Print in Black and White' on the Calendar Creator Print screen (to place a checkmark in that box)? When I do that, the project correctly prints in black only.
If you are correctly selecting the 'Print in Black and White' option on the Print screen, the problem you are experiencing may be caused by the printer. So, you may need to go into Printer Properties and select whatever black only option the printer offers.
