Changing the Start Date in a Year Layout - 5/28/2009 11:08:16 AM    Brandy redux Posts: 1976 Joined: 2/7/2007 Status: offline Complete the following steps to change the start date of a Year Layout. NOTE: At least one event must be displayed in the Year Layout before continuing with the procedure below. 1. If the Year Layout has more than one page, you must scroll to the first page before proceeding with the following steps. 2. Right-click on the text of any event on that first page then select Properties. The Layout Object Properties dialog box will open. 3. Click the Miscellaneous tab. 4. Locate the Number of Visible Months section and click the Quick Date button to the right of the Start Date field. The Quick Date mini-calendar window will open. 5. Click the desired start date on the mini-calendar. This will select the date and close the Quick Date dialog window. 6. Enter the number of months for the calendar range in the Number of Months: field. 7. Click OK to return to the yearly view. RE: Changing the Start Date in a Year Layout - 7/5/2010 1:00:17 AM    Brandy redux Posts: 1976 Joined: 2/7/2007 Status: offline It should be noted that the Miscellaneous tab mentioned in Step #3 above will not be displayed unless there is at least one event in the Year view.
