Despite meeting all System Requirements (or at least I think so), I'm not able to install Reader Rabbit Toddler & Arthur's Preschool disks (Sammy's Science House and Bailey's Book House were successful).

Is there something I can do in order to install these two disks please ?

I'm enclosing my System Requirements below just in case I'm missing something.

Hi macinch,

Before I can take a stab at solving your problem, I will need more information. So, please post back here with answers to the following questions. And, please number your answers to match the number of the question.

1. Which edition of Adventure Workshop Preschool - 1st Grade are you using (i.e. 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th)?

2. When you attempted to install Reader Rabbit Toddler & Arthur's Preschool, did you do a 'Clean' install, EXACTLY as described in this FAQ

'Clean' Install on Win98/Me/XP/2000/Vista/Win7

3. Did you receive any error messages during the installation process? If so, what is the exact text of those error messages, including any error message number?

4. If you did not receive an error message, please describe exactly what happened when you attempted to install Reader Rabbit Toddler & Arthur's Preschool.

Hi Brandy,

Sorry for the delay in replying to you (a little toddler tends to do that to ya !). I followed the FAQ link and it worked like a charm.

Thank you so very much for this.

Cheers
