Until very recently, customer support for 3DHA versions 5 through 8 was provided on this Encore forum by Cadsoft530 from Cadsoft Corporation. That was due to the fact that Encore contracted with Cadsoft Corporation to take over development of the 3DHA series at version 5.

Since Encore subsequently contracted with Punch to take over development of the 3DHA series at version 9, Cadsoft530 no longer provides customer support on this Encore forum. Instead, Cadsoft530 has requested that 3DHA users (versions 5 through 8 only) visit the Cadsoft 3D Home Architect Customer Forums at
