After purchasing one (or more) Broderbund products, you have questions about using the software or elements of the software for commerce or profit.

For basic information about the acceptable and lawful use of Broderbund® copyrighted materials, please read the End User License Agreement contained in your software manual or on your disk, particularly the section(s) referring to "Conditions for Use" and/or "You Are Not Permitted To."

Please check your Help file if you cannot locate the agreement or relevant sections.

If, after reading these sections, you require further clarification, you may send an email to legal@encoreusa.com.

Please note that no special permission for requests outside of the scope of the end user license agreement will be given.
