I have used Tuneplus 2.0 previously just fine. I now have a machine that is using Vista but have the same iPod. Why am i getting an error message that reads: object reference not set to an instance of an object.

what does this mean and how do i use the software. I had to reinstall windows and would like to get the music, etc off of my iPod and back on to my PC.
