One additional thought njlamb, Since I am, primarily, a PC user, my knowledge of Snow Leopard is extremely limited (having purchased my first Mac computer only last November ). So, I didn't quite understand what you meant when you said, "All of the other subjects say have a minus on their folders". When I try to open an Elementary Advantage 2010 or 2011 program on Snow Leopard, the screen I have to choose from looks like the image at the bottom of this message So, all programs which have been installed will have a check mark next to the name of the program. But, even during the installation process, I have never seen a minus next to a program name. Instead, what I see for programs that are not installed is an arrow which points down. So, if what you are seeing is also an arrow which points down, all that would mean is that the program has not been installed. And, you should be able to install the program by inserting the Elementary Advantage 2009 Macintosh disk then clicking on a program to install it. As an interesting note, while I was installing Elementary Advantage 2011 on my Windows 7, I noticed that I had seen an option on Snow Leopard which I did not see on Windows 7. And, that option was the "Install All" button at the bottom of the install window. Since I installed each of the Elementary Advantage 2010 and 2011 on my Snow Leopard individually, I did not take advantage of the "Install All" button. However, if you installed Elementary Advantage 2009 by clicking on the "Install All" button, it is possible that that "Install All" button did not properly install all of the Elementary Advantage 2009 programs. And, if that is truly the case, you will have to install each of the missing programs individually.
