"Product incompatible with your display" HP P... - 7/19/2010 8:26:55 PM    Paulinator   Posts: 1 Joined: 7/19/2010 Status: offline I encountered the same error experienced by the Acer Aspire One user. However, I was able to use the software once after installing it. The second time I tried to use it was when I received the incompatible display error. Mavis Beacon requires a DirectX® 9.0 or higher compatible video card with 32 MB of video RAM, which can be set to the recommended resolution of 1024 X 768. So, what is the full name of the video card installed on your HP Pavilion?
