Is there a way to get the Printshop 2.0 Professional to import an EPS image file? I am trying to import my business logo and all of the accepted file types turn out fuzzy.

EPS files are like PDF files. They can be printed, but it is not a file format that is meant to be edited. If you need to open an EPS file to edit it, drawing programs such as Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw will work. Adobe Photo Shop will also open EPS.

If you are trying to add your logo to a project, you will need your logo in a different format, preferably JPG, TIF. The company that created your logo should have also saved it in different file formats for you. If you are still one of their clients, you should be able to request a JPG or TIF file.

If you have one of the programs that I mentioned earlier, you can open the EPS and then save a copy as JPG for use in Print Shop and other programs.

Perhaps I misunderstood you - you already tried importing a JPG of your logo? If that is the case, the problem has nothing to do with EPS - the problem is Print Shop 2.0. Its biggest drawback, IMHO, is that it is incapable of high quality printing

See this previous thread re: poor quality printing
