I have an Hp computer and a Hp printer. I am using Printshop 3.0 Deluxe and cannot get a document that I created on Printshop to print out on the printer. The printer will print other documents and the test alignment on Printshop 3.0 but not a document. I know it must be something in the settings but cannot figure it out. Can someone help me please. I have to have this document for a meeting.

If your version is not 3.0.5 or 3.0.6, you will need to update with the latest patch. Earlier versions sometimes closed down when you went to print.
Get the patch here:

If you are in a rush and don't have time to download and install the patch right away, save your project as high quality JPG. Print the JPG, using a different program.
