I need to create/print several postcards. I open the project, choose the type of paper stock then create the project, so far so good but when I try to print I can't figure out how to make it print all 4 postcards on one sheet. It will print 4 of only one of the postcards on a sheet, and print 4 sheets. I only need one of each one, big waste of paper. What am I missing?

You have posted in the forum for 3D Home Architect. Please post your question in the forum for the program that you are using, to get help from that area.
Go here:
http://forums.encoreusa.com/tt.asp?forumid=1

then click on the program name and version number. Please be specific because an answer will not generally apply to all programs and versions.

When you installed the product, did you first click on Help > Check for Updates?

What happens if you attempt to export as JPG or PDF? Does it appear black and white too?

Is your printer set for black print only? Some people set their printer default for black, econo print, for everyday printing of stuff like email or something off a web page.

ellengard has some great advice.

Make sure everything is up to date on your printer as a precaution.

Also, check that you have the latest printer updates as well for your system. Even though you purchase a new printer, you may find that the driver has been updated since you purchase it.
