I purchased a DVD version of the software at Walmart. I can load the software on my primary laptop since it has a DVD/CD Rom Drive. However, I also have a Lenovo tablet which I would like to load the software on, but it has no DVD/CD Rom drive. Can the software be downloaded from the Encore website without me having to purchase it again?

Is your tablet Android or Windows? This program doesn't work on Android.

My Lenovo is running Windows 10. It doesn't have a DVD drive, basically only 1 USB port and an internet connection.
I purchased the DVD while only thinking about loading it on my Laptop, but I would also like to load it on the Lenovo. However,
I don't want to purchase it twice. What can I do. I have the Serial Key that came with the DVD.

Typically, a single volume license of a program gives you the right to install it on a desktop and a laptop if both devices have the same primary user. While you may have the right to install on two devices, you don't have the right to another purchased copy for free. However, it wouldn't hurt to ask Encore Customer Support.

Maybe copying the entire DVD to a memory stick might work. Or you can invest in an external DVD reader USB plug-in device. I bought one several years ago and actually used it recently.

Generally speaking, one copy of the program is good for one computer.

The key we include in the package is for customers who purchase it for their single computer but it does not have a DVD Drive. This allows customers to fill out a form where they can download the product after completing simple information.

Using the key or the disk, it's still one license per computer and the included key is not a second license but an extension of the original license.

Thanks for the legal information, Jason. I was thinking that it would be like buying a music CD and also asking for the MP3s for free. Never happens.

Even purchasing a volume license, doesn't that mean one copy only, but allowed to be installed on many machines?

I just noticed this was posted in the Office Suite forum , I thought this was The Print Shop 4.0, shows how much I took a look at the original topic LOL.

Office Suite says up to 3 computers, so if you don't have a DVD Drive on the other computer, I would contact Customer Service to see if something can be done.

Typically like Ellengard said, you can copy the disk contents to the USB Drive and install the product.
