I have attempted to utilize your instruction to install calendar creator 12.1 on my win10 computer. I did disable all firewalls and security software and inserted the disk into my drive. I waited but no notification window ever appeared that said "Tap to c hoose what happens with this disc". Is there a way to make that notification window appear?

Right click on the Start Button and select file explorer.

Then click on This PC.

Right click on your DVD drive and select Install or Run Program from Media.

Also if you choose Open Autoplay you'll get that notification to appear again.
