Hi Instanbuler,

If you intend to sell your book, you cannot use the materials for the cover design of the book; because the materials cannot be used on any item which is intended to be sold. If you don't intend to sell your book, you can use the materials for the cover design of the book.

If you are being paid to create the website, you cannot use the materials on the website.

If you don't intend to sell the materials from the website, you can use the materials on your website; but, only if the following conditions are met:

1) The materials are put on the website for viewing purposes only.

2) The materials do not comprise a significant portion of the content of the website.

3) A notice is included on the website specifying that the materials may not be saved or downloaded and are only to be used for viewing purposes.

4) The materials are embedded on the website at no higher than a base resolution of 512 pixels x 768 pixels.

The best option for you might be to use a Royalty-Free graphics collection, like Nova Development's Art Explosion. Or, you might want to search the Internet for other Royalty-Free graphics collections. With Royalty-Free graphics, there are no limitations as to how you can use them.
