Print Shop for Mac version 2 - 5/23/2012 12:41:19 PM    Brandy redux Posts: 2376 Joined: 2/7/2007 Status: offline Even though the Print Shop for Mac version 2 has a Broderbund logo on the box, support is not provided for Print Shop for Mac version 2 on these Encore forums - because Print Shop for Mac version 2 has never been sold by either Broderbund or Encore. The only version of Print Shop for Mac which has ever been sold by either Broderbund or Encore is Print Shop for Mac version 1, which is compatible only with Mac OS 9 and below. Since Print Shop for Mac version 2 was released by Software Mackiev, Print Shop for Mac version 2 is a completely different product than the Print Shop 2.0 which is currently being sold by Encore & Broderbund. The Encore/Broderbund version of Print Shop 2.0 cannot be installed on a Mac. NOTE: Projects which were created in The Print Shop for Windows 2.0 or 3.0 CANNOT be opened in The Print Shop 2 for Mac. While most projects which were created with The Print Shop for Windows 6, 10, 11, 12, 15, 20, 21, 22, 23 & 23.1 will open in The Print Shop 2 for Mac, you may see some differences in appearance; and, a few Windows-specific elements - such as embedded tables, Word documents and custom borders - may not appear. To open a Windows project in The Print Shop 2 for Mac: 1. Copy the project created in The Print Shop for Windows from your PC to your Mac. 2. Double-click your Windows project or drag it to The Print Shop 2 icon in either the Dock or in your Applications folder. A new document will be created in Macintosh format then opened in The Print Shop 2 for Mac. OR 1. Right-click on the file name. 2.
