Metric sizes and A4 paper - 9/5/2015 8:59:50 AM    Barry   Posts: 2 Joined: 9/5/2015 Status: offline My father in law bought PrintMaster v6 Platinum and is driving us all nuts. He had an older version that allowed him to do a quarter fold greeting card on A4 sized paper. This version doesn't appear to allow him to work in metric either. Start a new project "Create From Scratch". Choose Greeting Cards for your Project type and then select Quarter-fold from the drop down menu. I recommend selecting A4 from the Print Setup *before* you add your design to the project. That avoids things shifting around when the page size gets changed. I am using a slightly different version of the program, so I apologize if my screen captures do not accurately depict what your program shows. Also, PrintMaster v6.0 was developed for a newer operating system and separately from the version your father-in-law is used to. Because it is completely different, I highly recommend "forgetting" everything you know from the old version, and look through the new User Manual (Click the program's Help button to take you there). RE: A4 paper - 9/5/2015 4:58:34 PM    ellengard Posts: 3253 Joined: 10/2/2006 Status: offline There are 204 pre-designed quarter-fold cards which are easily found when selecting Greeting Cards and typing "quarter fold" in the search box. This program can also convert all the half-fold cards into quarter-fold, so you really have 1584 card designs available! Although these quarter-fold cards say "requires 8.5x11 paper stock", the design converts over to fit A4 when you change the size.
