Recently Installed printmaster 17 Platinum. When I try to print a 290mb file is created and I am unable to print the card created . I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program. I have also tried the repair option . The printer works fine with other software. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks

PM17 requires the latest drivers for your printer. Download and install them from your printer manufacturer's website. That should do it.

If for some reason, you don't want to update your drivers, a workaround solution is to turn off double-sided printing. From the print options, choose to print outside only. Then re-insert your card stock and print inside only.
