You already have this version installed - 2/14/2007 4:56:36 PM    SalandHarley   Posts: 1 Joined: 2/14/2007 Status: offline Hi From Australia, I bought the 2005 board games disc for my dad when he first started using the computer....he loves the pool game...only problem is - we had to take the program off the computer, which we did through the window's add/removes files option. Now when we try and put the game back on, it keeps coming up with Game already on computer. Now I've tried doing a search on windows for the odd hoyle file and still it doesn't help...has anyone else had this problem!? is there a way to fix this? HELP!!!! my dad is driving me crazy!! Click on Start, click on Run, type REGEDIT into the 'Open' box:, click on OK 2. Click the + next to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE (for WinXP) or HKEY_CURRENT_USER (for WinVista & Windows 7) 3. Click the + next to SOFTWARE 4. Click the + next to ENCORE 5. Delete the folder for the program that your trying to install 6. Reinstall the game FOR SIERRA VERSIONS: 1. Click on Start, click on Run, type REGEDIT into the 'Open' box:, click on OK 2. Click the + next to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE (for WinXP) or HKEY_CURRENT_USER (for WinVista & Windows 7) 3. Click the + next to SOFTWARE 4. Click the + next to SIERRA 5. Delete the folder for the program that your trying to install 6. Reinstall the game Warning: Editing the registry improperly can result in computer failure. Please back up all important files before editing. NOTE: For WinVista and Windows 7, you will not see a + to click on.
