CAN'T OPEN MY NEWSLETTER FILE - 2/13/2008 10:24:50 PM    sunkybright   Posts: 3 Joined: 2/13/2008 Status: offline I'm working on a personal magazine of about 96 pages using Newsletter, i tried to save it to pdf and since i encounter a problem, this message ''The PrintShop has encounter a problem and need to close" will pop up and the printshop will close, i could not open any of the 96 pages but i can open other different stuff with printshop. Please help me out, i need to open this file,i have been working on it for the past 4 months only to have problem at the end. Post #: 1

This is just about the worst thing you can hear because it means you've lost it all unless you made a backup file. I have a client who made a 100+ page file and it took so long to save a single edit that sometimes the computer just crashed. I figured it was only a matter of time when the file would get corrupted. I helped her split up the file into several smaller ones and things worked smoothly from then on. So unfortunately, the only advice I can give you is to make several smaller files instead of one very large one, when you start over. If by some miracle, your newletter file opens, make a couple of backups, then copy/paste sections of it into new projects and save these smaller and more manageable files.
