objects jump, can't move smoothly - 4/21/2008 12:03:53 PM    JimT.   Posts: 2 Joined: 4/20/2008 Status: offline I'm using Print Shop 21. I find that when I try to resize or move a text box or headline, I can't drag smoothly. The box resizes or moves in jerks. This makes it impossible to create a quality finished project. The box resizes or moves in jerks... Turn off "Snap to Rulers". When the Snap to Rulers command is selected, objects will “snap” to a quarter of an inch of the vertical and horizontal rulers.
