PM 2.0 & PM 2011: Calendars from scratch - 10/12/2009 5:27:02 AM    Gardenia   Posts: 1 Joined: 10/12/2009 Status: offline I bought 2.0 Platinum (have used Printmaster forever) and thought I had a faulty installation DVD because I couldn't create a calendar (from scratch not template); SO, I purchased another 2.0 Platinum and again am unable to create a calendar. I have reviewed and reviewed the users guide but I must be missing something because the calendar wizard which the guide discusses does not appear after I choose "Calendar" and then "From scratch". "From scratch". Neither PM 2.0 nor PM 2011 can do calendars from scratch like previous versions of PrintMaster. When 'Create From Scratch' is selected for a PM 2.0 or PM 2011 calendar project, a blank page will be displayed. Download the free 2010 calendar template. (see the link near the other calendar thumbnails.) That will give you a calendar with dates. The Calendar Wizard, which is mentioned on Page 87 of the PrintMaster 2.0 User Guide and on Page 92 of the PrintMaster 2011 User Guide, is described only in the 'Sharing Your Project' section of that User Guide. What that means is that the Calendar Wizard is meant to be accessed only after the calendar project is completed and is ready for for upload to a printing service (such WalMart or CostCo). The Calendar Wizard will convert the pages of your calendar project to JPGs, then help you upload those JPGs to the printing site - where you will be able to order & purchase professionally printed calendars, for mailing to family and friends.
