Problem
While attempting to install Hoyle Card Games 2005, you receive an error message which says, "You already have this version installed"
Solution for 32-bit Operating Systems
1. Click on Start, click on Run, type REGEDIT into the 'Open' box:, click on OK
2. Click the + next to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE (for WinXP) or HKEY_CURRENT_USER (for WinVista & Windows 7)
3. Click the + next to SOFTWARE
4. Click the + next to SIERRA
5. Delete the folder for Hoyle Card Games 2005
6. Reinstall the game
Solution for 64-bit Operating Systems
1. Click on Start, click on Run, type REGEDIT into the 'Open' box:, click on OK
2. Click the right arrow next to HKEY_CURRENT_USER
3. Click the right arrow next to SOFTWARE
4. Click the right arrow next to WOW6432NODE
5. Click the right arrow next to SIERRA
5. Delete the folder for Hoyle Card Games 2005.
6. Reinstall the game
Warning: Editing the registry improperly can result in computer failure. Please back up all important files before editing.
NOTE: For WinVista and Windows 7, you will not see a + to click on. Instead, click on the right arrow.
