ProPublisher version20 freezes without admin rights - 3/10/2011 6:25:22 AM    matt76305   Posts: 1 Joined: 3/10/2011 Status: offline I work in an education environment, and have installed The Print Shop Pro Publiser version 20 on the teacher's computer. Windows 7 64bit, Dual Core, 4 GB RAM. It is on our domain and we have users 'locked down' through Group Policy. I am an administrator, and the program opens fine, but if I log on as the teacher, the program will not open correctly, just gets to the blank page, and freezes. It must be shut down via Task manager. Any Suggestions? I have found nothing through the technical support.. Post #: 1

However, when Print Shop 20 is installed correctly, the only known problem for Limited User accounts is that the Object Toolbar (on the left side of the window) is missing. However, if Print Shop 20 continues to freeze after applying the fix, that would indicate that the installation might have become corrupt.
