PS 2.0: AOL Users Unable to Connect to Internet - 3/11/2011 2:48:01 PM    Brandy redux Posts: 2376 Joined: 2/7/2007 Status: offline Problem AOL® Users Unable to Connect to Internet Solution When attempting to connect to the Internet to access online content, the program is unable to find an Internet connection. This issue typically occurs when AOL® is the Internet Service Provider. Connecting to the Internet before launching the program will help resolve this issue. To continue, follow the instructions presented in the remainder of this Technical Note. 1) Close The Print Shop 2.0 and return to the desktop. 2) Launch AOL®. 3) Click the Minimize button ( _ ) on the title bar (upper-right) to minimize the AOL® window. 4) Using Microsoft® Internet Explorer (or a browser other than AOL®), connect to a website such as http://www.broderbund.com/. 5) Minimize this browser window as shown in Step 3 above (DO NOT close this browser window). 6) Launch The Print Shop 2.0 - it should now connect correctly. < Message edited by Brandy redux -- 2/1/2012 11:55:13 AM > _____________________________ For More Help: Click on the FAQ link at the top of this page Then, click on the All FAQ's button on the next page To contact me by email, please send your message to pine_97@yahoo.com Post #: 1
