Elementary Advantage 2012 Math II will not open - 1/29/2013 11:57:40 AM    calvarylebaron   Posts: 1 Joined: 1/29/2013 Status: offline We have Elementary Advantage 2012. Our neice, who lives with us, loves the program and has completed all other components and levels. To our frustration, however, Math II will not open. I have gone online to Encore Tech Support and followed all the instructions regarding our neice's computer; it does meet System Spec's & it has all Drivers up to date. The PC is a Dell Inspiron 6000 Notebook, running Windows XP, with an Intel Pentium M processor 1.60Hz, 2GB of RAM, and an ATI Mobility Radeon X300 video card. We purchased Elementary Advantage 2012 at Sam's Club and returned it for another disc hoping to have success. Same problem, Math II shows that it is installed (check mark) however it will not open. All other a components open and run fine. Any guidance or direction would be appreciated, Mike Post #: 1
