I have just upgraded from printmaster 2011 plat to printmaster 2012 platinum. I am trying to create a project with the size 30w x 50 h (portrait view). Under the edit button, project size/type it wont' let me enter a 50 h project, it defaults to 36". Help!

Hi denisespr,

When I tested your problem with my PrintMaster 2012, I discovered that I was able set several project types to 50" wide x 30" tall; but, I was not able to set any of those project types to 30" wide by 50" tall - because the Tall setting would default to a different number. However, for me, the default number was most often 11" wide.

And, oddly enough, I discovered that the same thing is true in my PrintMaster 2011.

So, indications are that both PrintMaster 2011 and 2012 have the same bug.

However, if you will post back here and tell us exactly which project type you selected before you tried to set the project type to 30" w x 50" tall, we *might* be able to come up with a workaround.
