Hi Forum!
I bought Print Shop 2 Deluxe via a smartdownload in Jan 2010. Up until 12 Feb 2013, it did everything I needed very well. Now it will not print anything. I use 64 bit Windows 7 pro and a Lexmark X4550 printer.
I still get the rendering project window and wait while it loads a print preview but this also is totally blank no matter what I am trying to produce. All the printer does is feed a sheet of paper which emerges as blank as when it went in!!
Can any suggest any possible cause and solution??
KInd Regards
Patrick in Sunny Cornwall!!

You've probably had a lot of Win7 automatic updates since then. Perhaps updating your printer drivers will solve your problem.

The workaround is to create a PDF of your project and print the PDF. If the PDF prints, you know the problem is an incompatibility between Print Shop 2 and your printer which can usually be fixed with newer printer drivers.
