12 years ago I purchased a desktop pc with windows xp along with the
print shop version 6. since that time I created 100's of files.
Last week I purchased a new desktop pc with windows 8.1 along with the
print shop deluxe v 3.5
How can I import and open the files I created on the old print shop software
with this new print shop software.

It is not possible to import v6 files into v3.5. Version 6 is so old that I'm not even sure if it had an export to JPG option. If it does, you can create JPG versions of all your old projects, with your old XP computer. The JPG's can be imported to Print Shop 3.5. You can treat these JPG's as backgrounds and add new items on top. The JPG's can only be edited as you would a digital photo.
