When you click it, you see your default location for photos. If it is not possible to browse to your "Picasa location", then you need to open your Picasa program and find out where your photos are actually stored on your hard drive. When you find them, put copies of the photos you want to use into a folder - call it "photos-for-PM". Store this folder in the default location mentioned earlier.
