I cannot scan an image from either my HP Officejet 6500 or HP Photosmart C5150 without locking up the Printshop 22 program. The Print shop 22 program works fine for all other things but I can't "Acquire" an image from the scanners. A message comes up stating "This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Chose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct the problem." Unfortunately, clicking on the "Switch To" button doesn't bring up any "busy" program. I'm working with Windows 7. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Print Shop 22 is not 100% compatible with Win 7 and also has some compatibility issues with HP multi-function printer/scanners. The best workaround is to scan using the HP scanning program and save the image as JPG which can then be imported to your Print Shop project.
