I am using this product for a school. We use the Database to hold the name of student and degrees earned.

I have adjusted the fields such as Organization and Event 1 to hold custom information.

However, when I go to print using the text box with Mail Merge Option the names comes over

but organization does not nor the event. // Also through the print commands I can only print in

one order which is by first name. I have no ability to sort in this version.

I am at a loss. Could really use some advice.

Thanks

Unfortunately, Print Shop mail merge projects always print alphabetically by first name.

I tried adding data to the Organization field and to the Event 1 field and it printed fine. If you added this info to the Address Book, and you inserted these two Address Book Fields into your text box, it should work. An explanation for it not working may be that your printer drivers need updating.
