Sorry, there is no way to directly import Avery templates into the Print Shop. Those templates are for the Avery Design & Print Software. They may have some templates for MS Word.

The Print Shop has its own Custom Paper Stock Maker so it's easy to create the Avery template you want.

One of my favorite things about Avery Design & Print Software, which is a free download here

http://www.avery.com/avery/en_us/Help-Center/General-Help/Avery-Design--Print.htm?Ns=Rank

is that I can either create my projects with the free Avery Design & Print Software or use the specs in that Avery Design & Print Software for creating the same templates in other software.
