PS 23.1 sig files

Trying to open Print shop 23.1 sig. file, it's 332KB. Keep getting print shop not responding, window looking for a solution. Couple of weeks ago I opened a PS 23 sig file of 496kb with no problem. These are files I want to save as print shop 4 deluxe.

Do you have any kind of special formatting or other type of fancy graphics that may cause this program to do what its doing? Normally it would throw out some other error to indicate this issue but anything is possible. Could also be the project file may be corrupted.

I am sending you a forum message with my email address so I can test the file on my end and see what's going on.

I rebooted my computer and file opened, but got error message "Index out of range. Must be non-negative and less than size of the collection. I had unchecked the memory usage box awhile back when I was having other issues. Thanks Don

I tried to email you the day I said I would and for some reason, the email has a delay to the sender. Perhaps its a server issue. It appears Google is trying to send it out still.
