I have a 2 page project saved as Pro1. Is there any way that I can split this and save one page as Pro1 and the second as Pro2. I ran into issues with file size when emailing and two separate pages (files) would help. Or do I have to start over?
Thanks
Don

Make a copy of Pro1 by doing a Save As and name the file Pro2. Now all you need to do is delete page 2 from Pro1, and delete page 1 from Pro2.
In the Project Tab, "Remove Page". This deletes the current page.

That's what I ended up doing once I thought about it.

I ran into issues with file size when emailing...

Were you trying to email the PSproj file? You can significantly reduce the file size by replacing all the graphics with one flat JPG. However, if the recipient wants to edit the graphics, you can't do this.

I found 7-Zip to be really good at compressing file sizes large in nature for emailing projects , however due to the proprietary .7z file format, the user would need that on their computer in order to decompress the file.

Apologies if you already know this. Your recipient will not be able to open a Print Shop 4.0 project without this program running on his/her computer.

Had an email address that said file to large after saving as a PDF. Went to PS23.1 and recreated file and saved as a PDF. This PDF was thousands of KB smaller and I was able to send. I'm just not happy with the way PS4 works compared to 23.1 and it works (so far) on Win 10. I'll probably be using 23.1 as long as it last, or until PS4 meets or exceeds PS23's user friendly program.

The PDF was too big because you used the default setting of 600 dpi. Regarding creating PDFs from either Print Shop program, old and new, I've never liked the fact that the fonts would not embed. That's why I create my graphics design in Print Shop, but complete the text content in a Microsoft or Serif program from which a PDF with embedded fonts can be created.

If you are interested in how to create a print quality two-page newsletter PDF under 2 MB, with lots of graphics and lots of text, see my blog post dated Feb. 12:
