Printmaster 7 "album in wrong location" - 3/10/2016 10:01:50 AM    kimandmackie   Posts: 1 Joined: 3/10/2016 Status: offline Printmaster 7 installs on my computer (Windows 10 , and meets all system requirements) but when I try to open a new project from scratch I get a message saying that the album is in the wrong location and try another location. Contacting tech support was of no use. They recommended a complete uninstall and reinstall but that didn't work. They just shrugged their shoulders and said they had no idea what to do. Can anyone out there help?? Thanks. Post #: 1
