Printmaster 7 installs on my computer (Windows 10 , and meets all system requirements) but when I try to open a new project from scratch I get a message saying that the album is in the wrong location and try another location.
Contacting tech support was of no use. They recommended a complete uninstall and reinstall but that didn't work. They just shrugged their shoulders and said they had no idea what to do. Can anyone out there help??
Thanks.

Unfortunately, these forums are for functionality help only and do not provide technical assistance with products. I would continue to work with technical support as they can troubleshoot these issues more effectively than the forum can.
