I am trying to create a label sheet of stock labels that is not offered in the drop down box. I have followed the instructions given, but when I try to save the label sheet, I get the error message : Key given not in the dictionary. Someone please help. What am I doing wrong?

Please tell me the numbers you added to the Custom Paper Stock form. Is your width, height = 8.5, 11?

Under the drop down menu under the category to save it to, do you get the error when choosing another category? I've seen some limited success in avoiding the error message when changing the category.

I created that label template using the data in my screen capture. It saved and the new template shows in the list. Did you use the same margin values?

You are doing everything correctly if your Custom Paper form is filled out exactly as above. The error message must then be a technical issue, not an user error issue. Have you tried Jason's suggestion?

Otherwise, you can send a tech support ticket from here:
http://support.encore.com/technicalsupport/tech_support_frm.aspx?product_id=3780

Give them the URL to this forum thread as part of your description.
